Lost and Found
& what matters most
"I don’t think it matters how we get lost. I think what really matters, what we should all focus on, is how we get found.”
That was a message I shared on a podcast last year, and I believe that now more than ever.
It can be so easy to get stuck in the mud of trying to figure out how a situation got to be what it is.
And please don’t misunderstand me. There is definitely a time and place to reflect and integrate lessons learned.
But, and it’s a BIG but, the energy you put into moving away from those sink-hole people and places is paramount.
You have to not only guard your energy, but also nourish and care for it as a sacred thing.
We climb out of holes with intentional effort.
And once we’re out in the fresh air again, we can autopsy how we fell so deep…if we want to.
Otherwise, brush the dirt off and keep moving toward your best life.
Midlife is no different.
There are still opportunities to be had, new friendships to be formed, and long-held dreams to be realized …if we stay forward-facing.
In Warmth & Wonder,
Kyra

For me.. understanding how I got into the hole in the first place is key to me moving forward and at least trying to avoid that exact hole in the future! Of course there are many others to fall into 🤣. Thanks for sharing!
